WISKA SPRINT Cable Glands to EN 50262
SPRINT cable glands include polyamide, brass and stainless steel and comply with IP 68 and IP 69K. They provide
a first-class seal and are extremely versatile to work with because they can be combined with reducing seals,
special-purpose seals or multiple seals in any material. The SPRINT range is well rounded-off with EMC inserts and
a complete series of cable glands and accessories for explosion-proof installations.
Due to high protection degrees and absolute sealing in enclosures pressure differences easily appear and may
lead quickly to condensation. WISKA offers you, within the SPRINT cable gland system, a flexible and innovative
solution: VentGLAND. VentGLAND is a cable gland and pressure compensation in only one element as it has a
high-tech-membrane inside which lets the casing breathe and thus, equalizes pressure differences. There are
no more components, installations and drillings needed. You can simply exchange your standard cable gland by
VentGLAND.
WISKA SPRINT cable glands in polyamide are available in RAL 7035 light grey, RAL 7001 silver grey and RAL 9005
black; of brass and stainless steel – all ex works. Other colours can be provided on request. Our SPRINT System
offers you a comfortable and flexible solution which makes the installation of cable glands even easier and more
efficient.
