We are incredible proud of our apprenticeship success story. To date, we have welcomed 13 apprentices into the business — and every single one has successfully completed their apprenticeship and continued their journey with WISKA UK. Today, former apprentices represent 22% of our current team, demonstrating the real, long-term opportunities available here.
Progression at WISKA UK is not just possible — it’s proven. Five of our former apprentices now hold Senior Management positions, and two have progressed into supervisory roles. These achievements reflect our commitment to nurturing talent, supporting development and promoting from within wherever possible.
