SPRINT® cable gland system

Our SPRINT® system is constantly being developed further through an active exchange with our customers and has been convincing for more than 30 years as an efficient and reliable system for the most versatile areas of application. Due to the large product variety, it is also suitable for special as well as individual applications and can be used perfectly according to the specific industry. The features at a glance:

  • Identical clamping ranges apply to all glands from the SPRINT® system, whether made of polyamide, brass or stainless steel.
  • The SPRINT® system can be installed with only one size-dependent assembly tool.
  • Extensive range of multiple, reduction and special sealing inserts.
  • All requirements according to protection classes IP68 and IP69 are fulfilled.
  • Available with threads: PG, metric and NPT. The variants with metric thread are offered in different lengths.
  • For EMC installation, the metal cable glands of the SPRINT® system can be added with EMC inserts and the polyamide cable glands with our new MagikNUT.

The clever solution

Four components, which can meet very different and individual requirements, are contained in a SPRINT® cable gland. The 4-in-1 principle shows which combinations of cap nuts, sealing inserts, EMC inserts and fittings are possible with our SPRINT® system and how seamlessly all components work together. The cap nut and the fitting are a fixed unit and always available in combination. Our system comprises these components made of polyamide, brass and stainless steel.
